Earlier on Thursday, after the conclusion of the 262nd session of the Rajya Sabha, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said that he was sad to say that about 22 hours of the Upper House were wasted due to avoidable disruptions.
He said that giving weapons to disturbance and disturbance is not in harmony with our constitutional obligation to maintain the interests of the people.
