Lok Sabha Elections 2024: The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is trying hard to score a hat-trick of victories in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The party has constituted a high-level panel for this called the Joining Committee. The panel includes Union Minister Bhupinder Singh Yadav, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, party national general secretary Vinod Tawde and general secretary (organisation) BL Santosh.
The job of the Joining Committee is to include big leaders of Congress in the party. The party has also been seen succeeding in this goal. Already leaders like Jyotiraditya Scindia, Jitin Prasad and RPN Singh have joined the BJP from Congress. BJP had also tried to include Milind Deora, but he went to Shiv Sena’s Eknath Shinde faction.
BJP still has its eyes on many such young leaders who are special to Rahul Gandhi. If sources are to be believed, Congress is also contacting many big leaders who are close to the Gandhi family to bring them to BJP.
Apart from this, the BJP is also considering re-joining the parties that have left the NDA. After Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s alleged dispute with the leaders of the India Alliance, there is talk that he may again join the BJP. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has also not ruled out this possibility.
BJP has formed 146 clusters for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Each cluster comprises three to five constituencies. More than 300 party leaders have been given responsibility in these clusters. The work of these leaders will be to increase the strength of the party in these areas and to connect new voters.
Only time will tell what impact this strategy of BJP will have on Congress and other opposition parties. But one thing is certain the BJP is completely serious about the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and it is going to make every possible effort to win.
especially:
A mid-Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s distance from the BJP, Shah said the BJP is ready to re-engage old allies. It is believed that this statement is a message for Nitish Kumar.
Shah said that BJP has prepared a comprehensive strategy for the 2024 elections. 300 party leaders will play an important role in this strategy. These leaders were entrusted with the task of strengthening the party in their respective areas and attracting new voters.
