Suggestions have been invited from various organizations for inclusion in the Congress manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. In this regard, former minister Anand Sharma, member of the Congress Manifesto Committee and member of the Congress Working Committee, organized by the All India Congress Committee, held a meeting at the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee Headquarters, Jaipur.
New Delhi:The committee visited two states and Chhattisgarh and discussed with various organizations there. These organizations included polis Madhya Pradeshtical parties, social organizations, trade organizations, farmers’ organizations, etc. The committee sought suggestions from these organizations regarding the current situation of the country and plans.
The committee has also invited suggestions from the general public. A website and an email ID have also been issued for this. People can send their suggestions through these mediums.
In the meeting, Congress leaders, former MLAs, abbots of monasteries, social society and abbots from various factions of the society gave their suggestions. These suggestions included measures for improvement in the areas of economic development, social justice, environmental protection, international relations, etc.
Anand Sharma said that along with all the collective members of the society, youth, women and civil society members have given their respective suggestions. Keeping these suggestions in mind, the ideas will be included in the letter announced by the Congress Party along with collective nomination.
He said that a large number of youth are leaving Rajasthan, Haryana and the coal job supply through Agniveer Yojana is being protested in the entire country. Important suggestions have also been received in this regard.
He said that important suggestions have been received on social internet covering various topics in Rajasthan. He said that the Central Government is promoting real ideology based on false topics, which is not possible for the welfare of the country.
He said that all the suggestions received today will be nominated and discussed before the National Committee and will be included in the manifesto.
Congress believes that the voice of the common people should be included in the manifesto. Therefore he has sought suggestions from various organizations and common people.
It is a good step that Congress has tried to ensure the participation of common people in preparing the manifesto. This will make the manifesto more comprehensive and public interest.
