IICA and HP India have teamed up to launch the ‘HP Future Impact Leaders – IICA Certified Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) Professional Programme,’ as announced on April 1, 2024. This initiative, aimed at promoting sustainability and empowering CSR professionals, aims to cultivate leaders who are adept at navigating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks.
In this collaborative effort, HP India, in conjunction with IICA, will offer full scholarships to 75 candidates, thereby eliminating financial obstacles to pursuing advanced education in ESG. The program underscores a mutual dedication to fostering sustainable business practices and fostering positive societal impact. Applications for the inaugural cohort of 75 scholars are currently being accepted online through the IICA website.
The ‘HP Future Impact Leaders initiative comprises a comprehensive six-month course on ESG, encompassing its philosophy, principles, relevance, and implications in the contemporary context. Through self-paced online modules and live interactive masterclasses conducted by distinguished ESG professionals, the program provides participants with a rich learning experience. Additionally, an in-person session facilitates networking opportunities among participants.
Geared towards professionals in domains such as business and human rights (BHR), ESG, environmental health and safety (EHS), sustainability, and CSR, eligibility necessitates a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Ms. Ipsita Dasgupta, Senior Vice President & Managing Director of HP India market, underscored HP’s commitment to sustainability and digital equity, recognizing the partnership as a significant step towards realizing these objectives.
