President Smt. Droupadi Murmu is set to inaugurate a Homeopathic Symposium tomorrow to mark World Homoeopathy Day 2024. The theme for this year’s symposium is “Empowering Research and Enhancing Proficiency.” During the “Words of Wisdom” session, eight Padma Awardees will be recognized. The symposium will showcase around 80 poster presentations and exhibition stalls from 30 pharmaceutical and other firms.
The event aims to promote holistic health and wellness while advancing homoeopathy research through the application of advanced techniques. Additionally, 17 publications by the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH) will be unveiled, covering various aspects of homoeopathic medicine.
Organized by the Ministry of Ayush, the symposium will feature talks and panel discussions on topics like Empowering Homoeopathy, Modern Perspectives, and Advancing Practice, featuring insights from esteemed clinicians and scientists. Leading experts from various fields of biomedicine and allied sciences will also contribute as resource persons.
With its comprehensive agenda and participation from delegates representing multiple countries, the two-day event holds promise as an invaluable learning opportunity. Notable dignitaries including Secretary Ministry of Ayush Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Dr. Subhash Kaushik, DG, CCRH, Ministry of Ayush, and Dr. Anil Khurana, Chairman of, the National Commission for Homoeopathy, are expected to attend.
