Political strategist Prashant Kishor has sharply criticized Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister, Samrat Choudhary, accusing him of sacrificing his integrity to hold onto his political position. Speaking at an event in Araria, Kishor pointed out that Choudhary had once vowed to remove Nitish Kumar from his post, symbolically tying a turban as a pledge. Now, however, Kishor argued, Choudhary’s only focus is on retaining his title, at the expense of his previous promises and honor.
Kishor also addressed Choudhary’s political history, questioning his accomplishments from his previous tenure as a minister. He underscored the issue of nepotism by highlighting Choudhary’s background, noting that while BJP criticizes nepotism, Choudhary himself comes from a political family, being the son of Shakuni Choudhary, who has served under multiple leaders including Lalu Yadav, Nitish Kumar, and Jitan Ram Manjhi.
Finally, Kishor warned that the BJP would suffer in the upcoming elections due to their alliance with Nitish Kumar, whom he described as a sinking ship dragging down anyone associated with him.
