In a startling turn of events on July 31, a five-year-old boy in Bihar carried a handgun to school and accidentally shot a fellow student. The incident, which occurred in Supaul district, involved a nursery student who had concealed the firearm in his school bag.
According to Superintendent of Police Shaishav Yadav, the weapon discharged, hitting a 10-year-old boy in the arm. Both students attended the same school, with the injured child being a Class 3 student.
