Kumbh Sah’AI’yak Chatbot
Powered by advanced AI technologies like Llama LLM, the Kumbh Sah’AI’yak chatbot, launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, is revolutionizing visitor assistance at Mahakumbh 2025. This multilingual, voice-enabled AI chatbot supports 11 languages, including Hindi, English, and nine Indian languages.
The chatbot offers real-time information, navigation support, and answers to visitor queries, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for devotees. Its integration with Bhashini’s translation capabilities further enhances accessibility and inclusivity.
UP 112 Emergency Helpline Collaboration
To support devotees facing language barriers, the Uttar Pradesh Police’s 112 emergency helpline has adopted Bhashini’s CONVERSE feature. This tool facilitates real-time communication between devotees and on-field officers, enabling the police to address grievances effectively. Officers have been trained to use the app to assist distressed devotees from various linguistic backgrounds.
