Mainboard IPOs Lead the Charge

The largest among next week’s IPOs is Seshaasai Technologies, targeting ₹813 crore. Other significant issues include Anand Rathi Share & Stock Broking (₹745 crore), Atlanta Electricals (₹688 crore), and Epack Prefab Technologies (₹504 crore). Solarworld Energy Solutions will raise ₹490 crore, while Jaro Institute of Technology and Ganesh Consumer Products are seeking ₹450 crore and ₹409 crore respectively. Jinkushal Industries rounds out the list with a smaller ₹116 crore issue.
The subscription windows are staggered: Atlanta Electricals and Ganesh Consumer Products open on September 22, followed by Seshaasai Technologies, Anand Rathi Broking, Jaro Institute, and Solarworld Energy on September 23. Epack Prefab Technologies will be available from September 24–26, while Jinkushal Industries will run September 25–29.
SME Segment Sees Frenzied Action
The SME market will also be buzzing with 14 IPOs. Prime Cable Industries and Sovex Edibles will kick off the action from September 22–24. The next wave, from September 23–25, includes BharatRohan Airborne Innovations, Aptus Pharma, True Colors, Matrix Geo Solutions, NSB BPO Solutions, and Ecoline Exim.
Further listings include Systematic Industries, Justo Realfintech, and Praruh Technologies (September 24–26), while Telge Projects and DSM Fresh Foods are slated for September 25–29 and September 26–30 respectively. Infinity Infoway is also preparing for a listing, though its dates are yet to be confirmed.
Why the IPO Rush?
Analysts attribute the IPO surge to strong demand from retail investors, who are drawn by the promise of listing gains. Domestic institutions are providing stability and liquidity, while foreign institutional investors (FIIs) — despite selling in secondary markets — have poured over ₹41,000 crore into IPOs this year, according to NSDL data.
High-growth sectors such as technology, energy, and consumer goods dominate the current pipeline, reinforcing the bullish outlook. Experts believe the momentum will continue well into late 2025, given the combination of retail enthusiasm and selective FII participation.
Market Outlook
With 22 IPOs hitting the markets in just one week, investors will have plenty of options to diversify their portfolios. Market watchers caution, however, that while listing gains are attractive, long-term fundamentals should remain the key driver for investment decisions.
The week ahead could serve as a litmus test for India’s IPO pipeline, showcasing whether the buoyant sentiment can translate into sustained demand across both mainboard and SME segments.
