44th IITF 2025 Concludes With Awards and Celebrations

The 44th edition of the India International Trade Fair (IITF), organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), concluded today at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, with an Awards Presentation Ceremony held at the Musical Fountain Stage. The IITF 2025 Awards for Excellence in Display were presented by Managing Director of ITPO, Dr. Neeraj Kharwal.
In the Partner State category, Rajasthan secured the Gold Medal, Bihar won Silver, and Uttar Pradesh earned Bronze, with Maharashtra receiving a Special Commendation. Jharkhand claimed the Gold Medal in the Focus State category. In the States and Union Territories segment, Odisha achieved Gold, Madhya Pradesh Silver, and Puducherry Bronze, while Delhi, Goa, and Karnataka received Commendation Certificates.

Thematic presentations by states saw Meghalaya winning Gold, Kerala Silver, and Andhra Pradesh Bronze, with commendations for Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh, and Tripura. Under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan initiative, Haryana, Punjab, and Assam received Gold, Silver, and Bronze respectively for their pavilions, while Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Uttarakhand, and Tamil Nadu earned commendations.

In the Foreign Pavilions category, Thailand, Iran, and Dubai earned Gold, Silver, and Bronze, respectively. Special commendations went to Korea, Turkey, and the Tibetan Chamber of Commerce. Among Ministries and Government Departments, Defence received Gold, Mines Silver, and Railways Bronze. Similarly, Airports Authority of India, NeGD, and Food Corporation of India led in the Ministries, PSUs, and PSBs category.

Commodity Boards recognized Tea Board India with Gold, Spice Board India with Silver, and Coir Board with Bronze. Public Communication & Outreach awards were presented to the Directorate General of Taxpayer Services (Gold), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Silver), and CBDT (Bronze). In the Empowering India category, Agriculture Ministry won Gold, MSME Ministry Silver, and NBCC Bronze. Private sector leaders included RDM Care (Gold) and Dairy India Pvt. Ltd. (Silver), while food stalls and vending points recognized Bansal Food and Beverages and Daana Pani for their excellence.

Dr. Neeraj Kharwal stated that the 14-day fair witnessed extensive participation from diverse sectors, recording over 18 lakh visitors. The theme, “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat,” was reflected throughout, highlighting cutting-edge technologies, state-of-the-art pavilions, agricultural innovations, and eco-friendly initiatives, showcasing India’s creativity and potential. Lt. Col. Harsh Kondilya welcomed participants and congratulated award winners for their contributions, noting positive business outcomes from the fair.

Key dignitaries present included Chairman of Airports Authority of India, Shri Vinay Kumar; Executive Director, ITPO, Shri Premjit Lal; OSD, ITPO, Lt. Col. Harsh Kondilya; and General Manager, ITPO, Shri S.N. Bharti.
