The Government of India has announced the launch of Special Campaign 4.0, set to run from October 2 to October 31, 2024. This initiative focuses on promoting cleanliness (Swachhta) and addressing pending matters within government departments.
In the previous Special Campaign 3.0, the Ministry of Women & Child Development made significant strides by resolving pending issues on a regular basis. During this campaign, the Ministry successfully addressed 5,049 public grievances and 1,199 grievance appeals, demonstrating its commitment to reducing public complaints.
Additionally, as part of its efforts to adopt paperless processes, the Ministry reviewed and closed 339 e-files, contributing to more efficient record management.
Looking ahead, the Ministry aims to enhance its efforts during Special Campaign 4.0, with a continued focus on cleanliness and improving government responsiveness.
