The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the answer keys for the SSC CGL 2024 Tier-1 exam, which was conducted between September 9 and 26. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check and download the answer keys from the official SSC websites, ssc.gov.in or ssc.digialm.com.
To access the SSC CGL 2024 Tier-1 exam answer keys, candidates must log in using their SSC registration number, password (created during the registration process), and captcha code.
Steps to Download SSC CGL 2024 Answer Key:
1. Visit the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in.
2. Click on the ‘Login’ tab located at the top-right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your login credentials, including your registration number, password, and captcha.
4. Once logged in, select ‘Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2024 (TIER-I)’ from the options.
5. Click on the answer key link provided.
6. Check and download the answer key for your reference.
7. Save the downloaded file for future use.
Raising Objections to SSC CGL 2024 Answer Key:
Candidates who are not satisfied with the provisional answer key can challenge it between October 3, 2024 (6:00 PM) and October 6, 2024 (6:00 PM). Each objection will require a payment of Rs.100 per question/answer challenged. Challenges submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Steps to Raise Objections:
1. Visit the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in.
2. Click on the ‘Login’ tab and enter your registration number, password, and captcha.
3. Under the ‘My Applications’ tab, click on ‘Answer Key Challenge.’
4. Log in again and proceed to the Challenge System.
5. Make the required payment of Rs.100 per question/answer.
6. Submit your representation.
The Tier-1 exam consisted of 100 multiple-choice questions, covering topics like general intelligence and reasoning, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and English comprehension. Each section had 25 questions, with a maximum score of 50 marks. The exam was bilingual (English and Hindi), except for the English comprehension section, and carried a negative marking of 0.50 for incorrect answers.
Candidates are advised to review the answer keys and submit any objections within the given timeframe to ensure their concerns are addressed on time.
