The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has extended invitations to 800 special guests from across the country to attend the Republic Day Parade on 26th January 2025 in New Delhi. This initiative aims to honor the contributions of individuals and groups associated with MNRE’s flagship renewable energy schemes, showcasing their role in driving India’s transition to sustainable energy.
The invitees include beneficiaries of the PM Surya Ghar Yojana, renewable energy workers, and participants of the PM KUSUM Scheme. Their presence underscores the Ministry’s commitment to empowering citizens and promoting clean energy solutions across the nation.
During their visit, the special guests will have the opportunity to meet Union Minister of New and Renewable Energy Shri Pralhad Joshi, Secretary Ms. Nidhi Khare, and other senior MNRE officials.
