Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit the historic Mukhba Temple in Uttarakhand today, where the idol of Maa Ganga resides during the winter months. This visit, ahead of the 2025 Char Dham Yatra, holds deep spiritual significance, as Mukhba serves as the winter abode for the goddess when heavy snowfall renders the Gangotri Temple inaccessible.
