PM Modi Visits AIIMS to Check on Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Wishes Him a Speedy Recovery

RR Team, March 9, 2025March 10, 2025

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi on Sunday after the latter was admitted earlier in the day due to chest pain. The visit underscored the Prime Minister’s concern for Dhankhar’s well-being, as he took the time to personally check on his health and extend his best wishes for a swift recovery.

The Vice President’s sudden hospitalization raised concerns among political circles and the public alike. AIIMS, known for its top-tier medical facilities, is closely monitoring his condition, and doctors are ensuring he receives the best possible care. While official updates on his health remain limited, sources indicate that Dhankhar is stable and under observation.

Modi’s visit to AIIMS reflects the deep camaraderie and respect shared among India’s top leaders. His gesture of personally inquiring about Dhankhar’s health is a reminder of the human side of political leadership, where concern for colleagues transcends official duties. The Prime Minister also took to social media to express his prayers for the Vice President’s good health, a sentiment echoed by well-wishers across the country.

As news of Dhankhar’s hospitalization spread, messages of support poured in from political leaders, dignitaries, and citizens. Many took to social media to wish him a speedy recovery, highlighting the widespread concern for his well-being. The Vice President, known for his sharp intellect and dedication to public service, has been an influential figure in Indian politics, making his health a matter of national interest.

While the country awaits further updates, there is hope that Dhankhar will soon recover and resume his duties. In the meantime, the nation stands in solidarity, sending prayers and good wishes for his health.
