New Delhi | June 2, 2025 — The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the last dates for submitting feedback on its recently released draft manual titled “Rating of Properties for Digital Connectivity Regulations, 2024.” This extension comes in response to requests from stakeholders seeking more time to study the document and provide their comments.
TRAI had initially released the draft manual on May 13, 2025, aiming to introduce a structured and transparent method to rate buildings and properties based on the quality of digital connectivity infrastructure available in them. The original deadline for stakeholders to send their comments was June 2, 2025, and for counter-comments, June 9, 2025.
However, to ensure comprehensive participation and well-informed feedback, the regulator has now extended the deadline by one week:

Purpose of the Draft Manual
