A Decade of Global Yoga Movement
India’s yoga journey reached a milestone when the United Nations declared June 21 as the International Day of Yoga in 2014. Recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage, yoga has become a global symbol of health, balance, and peace.
‘Yoga Connect 2025’ celebrates this decade-long journey. It offers a platform for collaboration between policymakers, researchers, wellness experts, and yoga enthusiasts.
Tech-Enabled Wellness
The Ministry of Ayush will also demonstrate AI-powered tools, including a multilingual chatbot trained on Agri and Yoga datasets. Other tech initiatives include facial authentication tools for wellness workers and advisory systems powered by Google Gemini.
A Future Rooted in Balance
‘Yoga Connect 2025’ is more than a summit. It’s a celebration of yoga’s role in shaping a healthier world. It brings together diverse voices to share knowledge, strengthen networks, and guide the future of yoga-based healthcare.
India continues to lead the way by combining tradition, science, and digital innovation to promote global well-being.
