Leaders to Address Inaugural Session
The inaugural session will be attended by key dignitaries including Andhra Pradesh Governor Shri S. Abdul Nazeer, Chief Minister Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha Shri Harivansh, Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Empowerment of Women Smt. D. Purandeswari, Speaker of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Shri C. Ayyannapatrudu, and Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council Shri Koyye Moshenu Raju.

Theme: Empowering Women in Emerging Technologies
The conference theme, “Empowering Women to Face Challenges of Emerging Technologies,” reflects the urgency of addressing gender gaps in digital literacy and access. Delegates will also deliberate on “Women Led Development for Viksit Bharat,” with sub-themes on Gender Responsive Budgeting and Empowering Women in Emerging Technologies. These sessions aim to highlight policy measures that can ensure equal opportunities for women in technology-driven fields.

Valedictory Session on 15 September
The valedictory session will be addressed by Governor Shri S. Abdul Nazeer, Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha Shri Harivansh, Committee Chairperson Smt. D. Purandeswari, and Speaker Shri C. Ayyannapatrudu. The Vote of Thanks will be delivered by the Deputy Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
This marks the first national-level conference of Committees on Empowerment of Women, setting a precedent for future policy engagement on gender equality in technology and governance.
