Steered by Secretary Shri Naresh Pal Gangwar and reviewed by Union Minister of State Prof. S.P. Singh Baghel, the campaign surpassed targets in several areas:
- Public grievances resolved: 302 out of 214
- Appeals addressed: 43 out of 35
- Physical files reviewed: 30,020 out of 24,645
- Weeding of files completed: 22,648
- Cleanliness of sites: 237 out of 221
- Revenue generated from scrap disposal: Rs. 5,86,973
- Space freed due to scrap disposal and file weeding: 5,334 sq. ft.
Innovative Initiatives and Best Practices
The Central Cattle Breeding Farm (CCBF), Chiplima, Sambalpur, created a cow statue using scrap iron as part of the “Waste to Art” initiative. This artwork symbolizes respect for livestock while promoting sustainability and creative reuse of waste materials.

- Saura tribal wall paintings at Chiplima, Sambalpur, Odisha
- Health and dental check-ups organized in Sunabeda and Chiplima
- Compost manure preparation at Regional Fodder Station, Suratgarh, Rajasthan
- Painting competitions on cleanliness in Hyderabad
- Farmers’ Sangosthi on “Clean Milk Production” across Odisha
- Office cleaning and tree plantation programs in Chennai
- Awareness camps on livestock vaccination, hygiene, and clean milk production in Odisha and Bangalore
