On the auspicious occasion of Makha Bucha, the air thrummed with an electric energy. Devotees, adorned in vibrant hues, streamed towards the specially built pagoda, their steps guided by an invisible thread of devotion. The four Holy Piparahwa Relics believed to be fragments of Lord Buddha’s cremated remains, embarked on a 26-day pilgrimage, each stop along the way becoming a sacred haven for reflection and prayer.
