Rahul Gandhi criticized the poor state of the Indian Railways under PM Modi’s leadership and urged voters to remove the current government from power.
Gandhi accused the central government of neglecting the condition of Indian trains and claimed that the government sought to prove the railways’ incompetence to justify selling them to its “friends.” He encouraged the public to remove the NDA government to protect the ‘common man’s transport.’
In a video shared on social media, Gandhi showed passengers sitting inside train toilets and on the floor. He accused the Modi government of prioritizing elite trains while reducing general coaches, resulting in many passengers lacking comfortable seating even with confirmed tickets.
Gandhi concluded that to preserve transportation for common people, the Modi government, which he believes is harming the railways, must be removed.
