In his keynote address, ALIMCO Chairman and Managing Director Shri Praveen Kumar described synergy as “the right coordination,” calling it the foundation for achieving ambitious growth targets. He underlined the importance of empowering dealers and fostering mutual guidance to strengthen ALIMCO’s global identity. Shri Kumar reiterated India’s potential to become a world leader in disability empowerment and highlighted the organisation’s vision to scale up exports and international collaborations.
Strengthening Dealer Partnerships
General Manager (I/c) Marketing Shri Vivek Dwivedi warmly welcomed the attendees and praised dealers for their pivotal role in driving ALIMCO’s mission forward. He emphasised that long-term progress depends on robust partnerships between the corporation and its stakeholders.
DGM (MR) Shri Shashi Tripathi reflected on ALIMCO’s growth under its present leadership, noting that the organisation now manufactures 26 product categories. He spoke about the expansion of Pradhan Mantri Divyasha Kendras and the extensive after-care network designed to reach marginalized communities nationwide. Recent innovations, he said, were creating a greater sense of inclusion for persons with disabilities.
Focus on Sustainability and Growth
Highlighting the financial dimension of expansion, GM Finance cum CFO Shri Atul Rustagi underscored the importance of financial sustainability. He assured dealers of smooth material supply and encouraged them to stay actively engaged, calling their contribution “critical for ALIMCO’s growth journey.”
GM Incharge (Operations & NE) Shri Ajay Chowdhury pointed to ALIMCO’s achievements over the past decade, including serving nearly 30 lakh beneficiaries with advanced assistive devices. He called for stronger participation from stakeholders to continue the momentum and to ensure that India’s disability empowerment agenda resonates globally.

Speakers consistently highlighted how partnership synergy would drive ALIMCO’s evolution from a national leader in assistive technologies to a global force in disability empowerment.
