Launch of One District One Cuisine Scheme
At the event, Shri Amit Shah will launch the One District One Cuisine (ODOC) scheme, aimed at promoting the unique culinary heritage of each district in Uttar Pradesh. The initiative will focus on quality enhancement, branding, and market access, enabling local cuisines to gain regional, national, and global recognition.
The scheme seeks to integrate culinary traditions with tourism and entrepreneurship, encouraging local communities to leverage food as a driver of economic growth and cultural pride.
Inauguration of Sardar Patel Industrial Zone
In addition to the ODOC scheme, Shri Shah will inaugurate the Sardar Patel Industrial Zone Programme. This programme aims to strengthen industrial infrastructure, attract investment, and boost employment opportunities across Uttar Pradesh, reinforcing the state’s status as a key hub for manufacturing and trade.
Recognition of Excellence: Awards and Samman
Shri Shah will present awards to districts that have excelled under the CM YUVA (Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Yojana), which supports young entrepreneurs in scaling businesses and fostering innovation. Additionally, he will confer the prestigious Uttar Pradesh Gaurav Samman 2025–26 to honor districts demonstrating outstanding development and governance achievements.
These recognitions aim to motivate districts to sustain high performance across governance, entrepreneurship, and cultural promotion, in line with the state and national development goals.
