“Ayush Ministry Resolves 1,116 Grievances in Campaign 4.0”

RR Team, September 16, 2025September 16, 2025
New Delhi, 16 September 2025: The Ministry of Ayush has successfully resolved 1,116 public grievances under its Special Campaign 4.0, reinforcing its commitment to efficiency, transparency, and citizen-centric governance. Running from November 2024 to August 2025, the campaign aimed to streamline operations, improve workplace environments, and address pending matters with renewed urgency.
During the campaign, the Ministry also disposed of 56 references from Members of Parliament, 12 Parliamentary Assurances, 9 State Government references, 10 PMO references, and 121 public grievance appeals. These milestones highlight the Ministry’s proactive approach toward effective grievance redressal and institutional efficiency.

Consistently ranking among the Top 10 Central Ministries for grievance disposal, the Ministry has maintained high standards in public service delivery. Its focused efforts have strengthened citizen trust and demonstrated a commitment to transparent governance.

Building on this success, the Ministry is now preparing for Special Campaign 5.0, which will emphasize sustainability, cleanliness, and robust grievance redressal mechanisms. Ayush institutes, research councils, and national organizations will lead cleanliness drives across campuses, herbal gardens, water bodies, bus stations, and community spaces.

Senior officials and staff will actively spearhead these initiatives, reflecting the Ministry’s vision of contributing to a cleaner, efficient, and waste-free India. Through these campaigns, the Ministry continues to showcase its dedication to citizen-centric services while promoting environmental responsibility.

The success of Special Campaign 4.0 sets a benchmark for future initiatives, combining administrative efficiency with public engagement. Citizens can expect faster grievance resolution and improved accessibility to Ayush services as the Ministry strengthens its institutional frameworks and accountability measures.
