Union Minister of Steel and Heavy Industries, Shri H.D. Kumaraswamy, on Wednesday unveiled the logo, brochure, and official website of Bharat Steel, the Ministry of Steel’s flagship international conference-cum-exhibition. The launch took place at Vigyan Bhawan during a workshop for the secondary steel sector, underscoring the government’s focus on innovation, sustainability, and global leadership in the steel industry.The event was attended by Secretary (Steel) Shri Sandeep Poundrik, senior ministry officials, and representatives from across the steel value chain. The unveiling marks the beginning of preparations for Bharat Steel 2026, set to be the largest gathering of steel industry stakeholders in the country.

Scheduled for April 16–17, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Bharat Steel aims to position India as a global hub for steel manufacturing and innovation.
