During a recent meeting at his residence in Greenville, Delaware, US President Joe Biden expressed admiration for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ability to foster new areas of collaboration between the two nations. Biden highlighted how the US-India partnership has grown stronger than ever before, noting that every meeting with Modi opens up new opportunities for cooperation.
The meeting, described as personal by the White House, included high-ranking officials from both sides. Modi was accompanied by External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and other top Indian diplomats, while Biden’s team included Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.
The focus of the talks was on deepening the Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership between India and the US, with leaders exploring ways to strengthen ties in areas of mutual interest.
