Incidents like these underline the need for robust safety protocols, including GPS tracking, CCTV verification, and a grievance redressal system. Women customers are encouraged to report suspicious behavior immediately and use official complaint channels provided by companies like Blinkit.

Consumer advocacy groups emphasize that online delivery companies must train personnel on professional conduct and respond swiftly to harassment allegations. A timely response and public accountability can enhance customer trust and safety standards.
