BPSC 71st Prelims Admit Card 2025 Out at bpsc.bihar.gov.in

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has officially released the BPSC 71st Prelims Admit Card 2025 on September 6. Candidates appearing for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) can now download their hall tickets from the official websites — bpsc.bihar.gov.in and bpsconline.bihar.gov.in.

Exam Date and Schedule

The BPSC 71st Preliminary Examination is scheduled for September 13, 2025. The exam will be held in a single shift from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Candidates must report at their allotted exam centres by 9:30 am. Entry will not be permitted after 11:00 am.

Vacancies and Recruitment Details

This year, the Commission has announced 1,298 vacancies, after adding 34 more seats to the original list. The preliminary examination will serve as a screening test for the BPSC Mains examination, which will determine final selection.

Exam Pattern

The prelims exam consists of 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions, to be completed within two hours. Candidates should note that there is 1/3rd negative marking for each incorrect answer.

How to Download Admit Card

  1. Visit the official portal: bpsconline.bihar.gov.in
  2. Login using your registration credentials.
  3. Click on “My Account” and then the admit card link.
  4. Download and print the e-admit card.
  5. Carry an extra copy to the exam centre as one signed copy must be submitted to the invigilator.

Details to Verify on Admit Card

While downloading, candidates must ensure that their roll number, barcode, name, exam details, and photograph are clearly printed on the admit card. In case of any discrepancy, immediate contact with the Commission is advised.

Important Instructions

  • Admit cards will not be sent via post; only online download is available.
  • Candidates should reach the centre two hours before the exam begins.
  • Carry an original photo ID proof along with the admit card.
  • Mobile phones, calculators, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
