Grievance Redressal Wins: CPGRAMS May 2025 Success Stories

RR Team, June 17, 2025June 16, 2025

May 2025 CPGRAMS Report: Real Stories of Swift Grievance Resolution

The DARPG’s 34th CPGRAMS report for May 2025 brings good news for citizens. The report features four real-life stories where government departments solved people’s problems quickly and efficiently.

1. ✅ GST Registration Issued After Long Wait

Who: Shri Rajesh Choudhary
Location: MSME startup owner

Rajesh applied for GST registration but waited for three months. Despite replying to all queries, officials rejected his application multiple times. Without a GST number, he couldn’t do business with clients.

Tired of delays, he turned to CPGRAMS. After he filed the complaint, officials checked his file, cleared the doubts, and issued the GST number. His business is now back on track.

2. ⚡ Power Outages Fixed in Bareilly

Who: Shri Pawan Rajput
Location: Rajendra Nagar, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Pawan Rajput suffered frequent power cuts during hot summer nights. A faulty line from the nearby electric pole caused the problem. He made several calls to the electricity helpline, but no one fixed it.

Then he submitted a complaint on CPGRAMS. Officials visited the area, repaired the connection, and restored power. The problem was solved within 15 days.

3. 🦟 Area Cleaned and Mosquito Problem Resolved

Who: Shri Faiz Mohammad Ayyub
Location: Ainuddinpur, Kareli, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

Rainwater collected near Faiz Mohammad’s house. It attracted mosquitoes and snakes. Poisonous weeds and garbage made the situation worse. He feared for his family’s safety.

He asked the local authorities to act but got no help. Then he used CPGRAMS. Officials responded fast. They cleaned the area, cut the weeds, and sprayed mosquito repellent. The place is now safe and clean.

4. ⚙️ Power Line Shift Allows Home Construction

Who: Smt. Shakraben Ratilal Solanki
Location: Umrai, Vadodara, Gujarat

Shakraben couldn’t build her house. An overhead power line crossed her plot. She had asked the local office to move it. They demanded ₹5,000–₹6,000 even though the line was built without her permission.

She filed a complaint on CPGRAMS. Officers visited the site and moved the line to a nearby pole. She didn’t pay anything. Work on her house continued.

Why CPGRAMS Is Important

The Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) gives every citizen a voice. You don’t need contacts or bribes—just a valid complaint and an internet connection.

This system connects citizens with the right government offices. It shows that Digital India works when people use it and departments take responsibility.

Conclusion

These success stories prove that real change is possible when people speak up and systems respond. CPGRAMS continues to bring accountability and transparency.

If you face a problem with any public service, don’t wait. File a complaint on CPGRAMS Portal and make your voice count
