Gurugram Resident Films Man Masturbating in Thar at Midnight

GURUGRAM: In a disturbing late-night incident near Medanta Hospital, a man allegedly stopped his black Thar in the middle of the road and began masturbating while staring at a resident on their balcony. The incident occurred around 12:20 AM on September 19, 2025.
The resident and their roommate documented the act on video. The post, shared on Reddit under the title “Creepy instance in Gurgaon,” detailed the sequence of events and included footage of the incident.

Details of the Incident

According to the Reddit post, the resident noticed a black Thar stopped on the road while talking to a friend from their balcony. Initially thinking the man was merely sitting in his car, they soon realized he was engaged in lewd behavior directed at them.

The resident quickly informed their roommate, and both began recording the incident. Playback revealed the man gesturing shamelessly while continuing his actions. The situation lasted approximately ten minutes until another friend intervened by filming him directly, forcing the man to drive off.

Community Reaction and Calls for Police Action

The Reddit post drew widespread attention, with users urging the victim to file a police complaint and maintain a record of the video. Some commenters highlighted that such incidents have become increasingly common in parts of Gurugram, citing similar cases involving taxis and private vehicles.

One commenter noted, “It’s advisable to report this video to local authorities. Keeping a paper trail ensures law enforcement can act if the perpetrator returns.” Another said, “Such incidents reflect a worrying trend in Gurugram, emphasizing the need for increased vigilance and stricter action against public harassment.”

Earlier Similar Cases

This incident mirrors an earlier case in August 2025, when a woman in Gurugram recorded a man masturbating while staring at her near Rajiv Chowk. The pattern indicates a recurring problem of public sexual harassment in the area.

Authorities and local residents are being urged to implement stricter surveillance and reporting mechanisms to prevent such acts and protect citizens from harassment.
