An All-Party Delegation from India is set to visit Kuwait from 26 to 27 May 2025, in a significant diplomatic outreach aimed at reinforcing India’s strong and united stand against terrorism in all its forms. The visit reflects a collective resolve that transcends political lines, emphasizing India’s commitment to peace, global cooperation, and international solidarity.

The delegation is led by Shri Baijayant Jay Panda, a distinguished Member of Parliament and seasoned public representative, and includes a diverse and eminent group of leaders from across the Indian political spectrum. Members of the delegation include Dr. Nishikant Dubey, Smt. S Phangnon Konyak, Smt. Rekha Sharma, Shri Asaduddin Owaisi, Shri Satnam Singh Sandhu, Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad, and Shri Harsh Vardhan Shringla. Together, they represent a wide range of experiences and perspectives, from serving MPs and former ministers to diplomats and advocates for social justice.

Over the course of their visit, the delegation will engage with key figures in the Government of Kuwait, prominent members of civil society, thought leaders, media representatives, and the vibrant Indian diaspora in Kuwait. These interactions are intended to build stronger people-to-people ties, deepen mutual understanding, and reaffirm India’s long-standing friendship with Kuwait.

The presence of voices from different political and social backgrounds underscores a powerful message of national unity. At a time when the world continues to face the threat of terrorism and ideological extremism, this initiative highlights India’s firm opposition to violence and its support for international dialogue and cooperation.

The visit is not only a step toward strengthening bilateral ties but also a reflection of the values India upholds—unity in diversity, peaceful coexistence, and a shared commitment to global peace and stability. Through such engagements, India continues to reinforce its role as a responsible global partner and advocate for collective progress.
