High Distribution and Digitisation Rates
Out of the total 50.97 crore electors, approximately 50.68 crore EFs have been distributed, marking a 99.43% distribution rate. Digitisation has progressed steadily with around 37.77 crore forms digitised, achieving 74.10% completion overall.

- Goa: 100% EFs distributed, 92.69% digitised.
- Gujarat: 99.80% EFs distributed, 81.58% digitised.
- Kerala: 98.14% EFs distributed, 64.47% digitised.
- Lakshadweep: 100% EFs distributed and digitised.
- Uttar Pradesh: 99.72% EFs distributed, 54.97% digitised.
- West Bengal: 99.83% EFs distributed, 87.91% digitised.
These figures reflect the diligent efforts of Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and the support of Booth Level Agents (BLAs), appointed with the cooperation of recognized political parties.
Ensuring Electoral Accuracy
The SIR Phase II focuses on verifying and updating the voter list, ensuring accuracy, and providing electors with the opportunity to review and correct their details. This effort strengthens India’s democratic process and promotes transparency in electoral registration.
