The event will also highlight achievements by NAVIC Cell 4, a specialised unit of MoPSW focused on tourism, ferries, and lighthouse-based attractions. Its vision is to establish India as a global hub for cruise tourism by developing sustainable ocean and river cruise circuits. Shri Vijay Kumar, IAS, Chairman of IWAI and Nodal Officer of NAVIC Cell 4, will deliver the keynote address.
