Described as a “National Movement” by Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, MY Bharat 2.0 is much more than an app—it’s a structured ecosystem to align the aspirations of India’s Amrit Peedhi with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
Dr. Mandaviya emphasized, “With more than 1.76 crore youth already onboard, this initiative integrates Seva Bhav with smart technology to create meaningful opportunities for youth development.”

Tech-Driven Engagement at Scale
Union Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw highlighted that MY Bharat 2.0 reflects India’s larger digital mission. He shared that over 34,000 GPUs have been deployed under the India AI Mission, making high-end computing accessible to students and researchers.
“With 15 lakh youth already working in Global Capability Centres, and the mission expanding to Tier-2 cities, MY Bharat 2.0 will democratize youth participation in digital India,” he said.
Seamless National Integration
MY Bharat 2.0 will connect with DigiLocker, MyGov, Bhashini, and Aadhaar to offer a unified user experience. The upgraded portal complies with the latest data protection norms, ensuring user privacy and trust.
Strengthening Youth Development
The platform fosters a culture of civic responsibility through structured volunteering, digital profiles, and mentorship opportunities. More than 1.19 lakh organizations are actively involved in capacity building, hosting youth events and training modules on the portal.
The modular architecture of MY Bharat 2.0 enables scalability for future features, including location-based job alerts and gamified learning experiences.

As we celebrate 10 years of Digital India, MY Bharat 2.0 marks a new milestone. It leverages India’s digital backbone to ensure that every young citizen finds purpose, guidance, and opportunity on one national platform.
