The conference will feature presentations from districts recognized under the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration. Key sessions will highlight initiatives from Eluru (Andhra Pradesh), Gomati (Tripura), Koraput (Odisha), and Kargil (UT of Ladakh) for the years 2023 and 2024.
A technical session will present award-winning projects on aspirational blocks, innovation projects, and holistic district development models from Nalbari (Assam), Kupwara (J&K), and the PRISM 10 initiative of Parvathipuram district in Andhra Pradesh.
Focus on Jammu & Kashmir Best Practices
Special sessions will showcase governance innovations from J&K, including Kulgam district’s initiatives, RFID-enabled Yatra management by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, and the e-Suvidha program of Ramban district. These initiatives underline the use of technology and citizen-centric approaches in improving service delivery and local development outcomes.

The conference will host more than 200 delegates, including senior administrators, domain experts, and practitioners.
