NEET UG Result 2025 Declared: Download Scorecard, Cut-Off, Toppers List at neet.nta.nic.in


🩺 Over 24 Lakh Aspirants Await Results

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET UG 2025 results today, June 14. With more than 24 lakh candidates appearing for the exam, competition for MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH seats is tighter than ever. The release of results marks a crucial moment for every medical aspirant in India.

📥 Where to Download NEET UG 2025 Scorecard?

You can download your scorecard from the following platforms:

  • 🔗 neet.nta.nic.in

  • 🔗 nta.ac.in

  • UMANG app

  • DigiLocker

✅ Steps to Check Your NEET UG Result:

  1. Visit neet.nta.nic.in

  2. Click on the NEET UG 2025 Result link

  3. Enter your roll number and date of birth

  4. Click Submit

  5. Download and save your scorecard


📌 NEET UG 2025 Final Answer Key Out

NTA has also released the final answer key. This year, no question was dropped. For questions with multiple correct options, students were awarded full marks for selecting any correct one.

  • 🗓️ Provisional key release: June 3

  • ⏳ Objection window closed: June 5

  • 📎 Download Final Answer Key


✍️ Marking Scheme Simplified

  • ✅ Correct Answer: +4 marks

  • ❌ Wrong Answer: -1 mark

  • ⚪ Unanswered: 0 marks


🔄 Tie-Breaking Policy (Simplified)

In case two or more students score the same marks, here’s how ranks are decided:

  1. Higher marks in Biology

  2. Then, higher in Chemistry

  3. Followed by Physics

  4. Fewer incorrect answers overall

  5. Fewer wrongs in Biology, then Chemistry, then Physics

  6. If still tied, random draw under expert supervision


📊 NEET UG 2025 Cut-off Trends

Expected cut-off scores based on categories:

Category Percentile Expected Score
General 50% 160–165
OBC/SC/ST 40% 130–140
General-PwD 45% 140–145

Last year’s General cut-off stood at 162/720. This year, due to high participation and increased difficulty, the cut-off may see a slight rise.


🏆 Toppers & Statistics

The official toppers list will be out shortly. Here’s a snapshot of this year’s participation:

  • 👩‍🎓 13.3 lakh female candidates

  • 👨‍🎓 9.9 lakh male candidates

  • ⚧️ 17 third-gender candidates

In NEET UG 2024, around 13.15 lakh students qualified. We can expect higher numbers this year.

🎓 What’s Next?

If you qualify, you’ll move on to the counselling phase:

  • All India Quota (AIQ) – Conducted by MCC

  • State Quota Seats – Managed by respective state authorities
