Over 2 Crore Youth Join MY Bharat Portal for Nation-Building

The MY Bharat portal has reached a remarkable milestone with over 2.05 crore youth registrations as of 26th November 2025. Launched under the Department of Youth Affairs, this platform aims to empower young Indians through digital access, skill development, and nation-building opportunities. The portal can be accessed at https://mybharat.gov.in/.
In collaboration with Digital India Corporation, MY Bharat offers a mobile-friendly experience on both Android and iOS platforms. The portal features an AI-based Smart CV Builder, digital profiles for youth, and integrated dashboards for event organisers and educational institutions to monitor outcomes.

Innovative Features and Accessibility

MY Bharat provides advanced tools including speech-to-text, voice-assisted navigation, AI chatbots, location intelligence, and geo-tagging to help youth discover nearby opportunities. Learning modules and quizzes are designed to engage users actively. The platform seamlessly integrates with Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Bhashini, and MyGov, ensuring an inclusive experience for youth nationwide.

With accessibility in 22 Indian languages, MY Bharat addresses the digital divide and ensures rural, tribal, and socially disadvantaged groups can participate in digital learning and nation-building activities.

Strengthening Youth Engagement

The government has reinforced the organisational structure of MY Bharat at national, state, and district levels to enhance coordination, implementation, and monitoring of youth programs. Central Ministries, State Governments, industry partners, and academic institutions collaborate through the portal to expand internships, community service, skill development, and experiential learning opportunities.

Flagship initiatives are scaled through an annual action plan featuring experiential learning, volunteering, community immersion, and nation-building projects. Structured training modules for youth volunteers, coordinators, and implementing agencies further enhance leadership skills and program delivery.

Driving Inclusivity and Nation-Building

Special outreach initiatives ensure youth from marginalized communities are included, bridging gaps in access and participation. MY Bharat’s digital empowerment programs aim to cultivate civic responsibility, enhance employability, and foster active engagement in governance and development initiatives.

Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, highlighted these achievements in a written reply to the Lok Sabha, underlining the portal’s role as a comprehensive platform for youth development.
