India’s Growth and Self-Reliance
In his address, Shri Modi highlighted that India has overcome multiple challenges in the last 11 years, boosting confidence across sectors.”In the past 11 years, India has shattered every doubt and overcome every challenge. This is why today, the confidence of a self-reliant India is visible across every sector.” he stated, underscoring India’s growing self-reliance and global recognition as a reliable, responsible, and resilient partner.
The Prime Minister noted that India’s determination to excel is now a defining trait of the nation, making it truly “unstoppable.”

Policy Reforms and Democratization

Shri Modi contrasted the previous government’s emphasis on bureaucratic control with the current administration’s focus on democratization of processes. Highlighting initiatives in banking and other sectors, he emphasized that reforms are strengthening institutions and delivering tangible benefits to citizens.
“During its decades of rule, the Congress always emphasized the bureaucratization of policy and process, whereas in the past 11 years, we have consistently worked on democratization.”the Prime Minister observed, pointing to the inclusive growth model as a hallmark of the government’s approach.
Technology for Empowerment
The Prime Minister also showcased technology-driven initiatives aimed at improving lives. From the launch of BSNL’s Made-in-India 4G stack to high-speed e-Sanjeevani services, he emphasized the government’s sensitivity towards marginalized and underprivileged communities. These programs, he said, demonstrate the commitment to making everyday life easier for citizens while fostering digital inclusion.
Economic Relief and Tax Reforms
Shri Modi highlighted measures to increase citizens’ savings through income tax and GST reductions.”Our focus is not only on making the lives of our citizens easier but also on increasing their savings.”he explained, signaling the government’s focus on financial empowerment alongside infrastructural development.
Addressing National Security Concerns
The Prime Minister acknowledged the pain of families affected by Maoist insurgency, particularly those from economically weaker and tribal backgrounds. He expressed confidence that with collective national resolve and the blessings of affected mothers, India will achieve complete liberation from such terrorism.
“I understand the pain of those mothers who have lost their sons to Maoist terrorism. Most of them belonged to poor and tribal families. I firmly believe that with the blessings of these mothers, the country will soon be completely free from Maoist terrorism.” Shri Modi remarked.
