PM Modi to Hold Patna Roadshow, Address Poll Rallies in Bihar

Massive Roadshow Planned in Patna

According to BJP state president Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, the Prime Minister’s roadshow will begin at 5 PM from Dinkar Golambar and conclude at Udyog Bhawan near Gandhi Maidan, covering a distance of approximately 2.8 kilometers. The route will pass through Nala Road, Thakurbari Road, Bari Path and Bakarganj.
Ten welcome points have been set up along the route, where supporters will greet the Prime Minister with petal showers, drumbeats, and traditional performances. BJP’s Mahila Morcha and Yuva Morcha have been mobilized to ensure large participation, particularly of women and first-time voters.
Security and Crowd Management
Patna police have implemented a three-layered security plan for the event. Inspector General Jitendra Rana confirmed that over 5,000 police personnel would be deployed across the city to ensure smooth traffic and public safety during the roadshow.
The BJP has also installed giant hoardings, LED displays, and banners of PM Modi and NDA candidates across the city. Minister and BJP candidate from Bankipur, Nitin Nabin, who is overseeing the preparations, said, “Patna is ready to welcome the Prime Minister with unprecedented enthusiasm.”
Election Rallies in Bhojpur and Nawada
Following the roadshow, PM Modi will address back-to-back rallies in Bhojpur and Nawada. These public meetings aim to energize grassroots BJP workers and consolidate voter support in the region, which has been a key political battleground for both NDA and the opposition alliance.
Modi’s speeches are expected to highlight development projects, welfare schemes, and the Centre’s focus on infrastructure, job creation, and women’s empowerment in Bihar. The BJP hopes the Prime Minister’s presence will boost voter turnout in the 121 assembly segments going to polls in the first phase.
Upcoming Campaign Schedule
The Prime Minister is slated to address additional rallies in Saharsa and Katihar on November 3, followed by Araria and Bhagalpur on November 6. These rallies will cover Bihar’s key eastern and northern constituencies, where voter engagement remains crucial.
According to BJP strategists, the roadshow and rallies are designed to project Modi’s leadership as the unifying factor within the NDA and reinforce the party’s message of development and stability. The campaign also emphasizes women’s safety, entrepreneurship, and agricultural reforms under the NDA government.
Massive Mobilization Efforts Underway
Local BJP units across Patna have organized cultural events, social media campaigns, and live screenings to engage the youth. “We are witnessing massive public enthusiasm ahead of the Prime Minister’s visit,” a BJP youth leader said. The event is expected to draw thousands of attendees and become a highlight of the NDA’s campaign trail.
PM Modi last held a roadshow in Patna during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, which drew record crowds and boosted the party’s morale. The BJP is now aiming to replicate that momentum for the state polls.
