President Droupadi Murmu Visits Vrindavan for Spiritual Tour

President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, embarked on a spiritual journey to Vrindavan and Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on September 26, 2025. Traveling from New Delhi by a special train, she dedicated the day to visiting significant temples and performing religious rituals.
During her visit, President Murmu offered prayers at several renowned temples, including:
  • Shri Banke Bihari Temple – A prominent temple dedicated to Lord Krishna.
  • Nidhivan – A sacred forest area associated with Lord Krishna’s divine pastimes.
  • Sudama Kuti – The hermitage of Sudama, a childhood friend of Lord Krishna.
  • Kubja Krishna Mandir – A temple commemorating Kubja, a devotee of Lord Krishna.
  • Shri Krishna Janmasthan – The birthplace of Lord Krishna in Mathura.

These visits were part of the President’s efforts to connect with India’s rich spiritual heritage and promote cultural unity.
