A Divyangjan-Friendly Rashtrapati Bhavan
In a landmark step towards accessibility, Rashtrapati Bhavan has been officially declared a Divyangjan-friendly estate. This follows the implementation of over 50 recommendations by the Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities.
The initiative covers Rashtrapati Bhavan, Amrit Udyan, and the Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum. All three premises have now become easily accessible for persons with disabilities.
Website Now in 22 Indian Languages

This move empowers regional language speakers, making information about the presidency more accessible across India.
Enhanced Facilities for Visitors and Residents
President Murmu inaugurated several visitor-focused facilities across presidential estates. These include:
- Visitor Facilitation Centre at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi
- Nilayam Nikunj at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Hyderabad
- A modern cafeteria and souvenir shop at Rashtrapati Niwas, Mashobra
- Renovated gymnasium at the President’s Estate

E-Upahaar Season 2: Auction with a Cause
