On April 21st, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation’s civil servants at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi, marking the 17th Civil Services Day. The event, set to begin at 11 AM, will also see the Prime Minister confer the prestigious Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration.
