The Sports Authority of India (SAI) Regional Centre at LNCPE, Thiruvananthapuram, hosted a Media Conclave to brief leading Kerala-based media organizations on the Khelo Bharat NITI 2025—India’s newly approved National Sports Policy 2025.

The event brought together top coaches, high-performance directors, academics, and media leaders, creating a shared platform to amplify India’s sporting vision.

Dr. Kishore strongly highlighted the media’s role as a force multiplier. He called upon journalists to support policy outreach and showcase success stories at the grassroots level. “Media can inspire participation, break stereotypes, and turn sport into a people’s movement,” he said.

The conclave concluded with a lively Open House Q&A, where journalists raised questions about policy rollouts, regional sports infrastructure, and career opportunities in sports science.
