SAIL Launches सेल-e-BRATION National Creative Challenge

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Steel, in collaboration with MyGov, launched “सेल-e-BRATION: Steel Built India, SAIL Built Trust” on 30th January 2026. The nationwide contest invites citizens to demonstrate their creative storytelling skills through reels, cinematic stories, and digital advertisements.

Objectives of the Campaign

The main aim of सेल-e-BRATION is to emphasize SAIL’s integral role in everyday Indian life. By portraying the brand as a “reliable friend,” the campaign seeks to strengthen the emotional “Steel-to-Soul” connection, highlighting that while SAIL builds infrastructure, it also safeguards the precious moments of citizens.

Themes for Participation

  • Building India’s Big Dreams: Showcasing the nation’s railways, bridges, and highways.
  • Shield & Star: Highlighting contributions to defense (tanks, ships) and space exploration.
  • There’s a Little Bit of SAIL in Everyone’s Life: Focusing on SAIL’s community impact through schools, hospitals, and sports programs.
  • Products Everywhere: Demonstrating SAIL’s presence in homes, offices, and urban spaces.

Prizes and Recognition

To reward creativity, the top five participants will receive ₹10,000 each, a Certificate of Appreciation from SAIL, and national visibility through official SAIL social media platforms.

Participation Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Open to all Indian citizens.
  • Format: MP4 videos, 1080p resolution, maximum 2 minutes.
  • Language: Hindi or English.
  • Submission: Upload videos to a cloud platform and share the link via MyGov portal.
  • Deadline: 16 February 2026, 11:59 PM IST.
SAIL’s सेल-e-BRATION initiative encourages citizens to creatively showcase how steel influences India’s growth and individual lives. By connecting infrastructure, defense, and community welfare, the campaign fosters public engagement and national pride.
