Telecom Pensioner Camps: Delhi Feb 2026 Schedule

In a significant move aimed at easing pension-related processes for retired telecom employees, the Principal Controller of Communication Accounts (Pr. CCA), Department of Telecommunications (DoT), has released the schedule for Telecom Pensioner Facilitation Camps in Delhi and NCR for February 2026. These camps are being organized to assist pensioners in submitting their Life Certificates and resolving related issues through both digital and in-person support.
According to an official release issued by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) Delhi on February 10, 2026, the Jeevan Praman Camps will be conducted at multiple locations, including the office of the Principal CCA Delhi, Delhi Sanchar Lekha Bhawan at Prasad Nagar, the extension counter at Eastern Court, Janpath, and various MTNL and BSNL premises across Delhi and NCR.

Purpose of the Pensioner Facilitation Camps

The primary objective of these facilitation camps is to provide a hassle-free mechanism for telecom pensioners to complete the mandatory annual verification of their Life Certificate. Through the Jeevan Praman digital platform, pensioners can submit their Digital Life Certificates without visiting banks or pension offices repeatedly.

The Department of Telecommunications has emphasized that these camps are especially beneficial for senior citizens who may face challenges in using digital tools independently. On-the-spot assistance and verification help ensure accuracy and timely compliance.

February 2026 Camp Schedule in Delhi

The Telecom Pensioner Facilitation Camps will be conducted between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the following dates and locations:

  • February 10, 2026: MTNL Exchange Building, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi
  • February 13, 2026: MTNL Exchange Building, Najafgarh, Delhi
  • February 17, 2026: MTNL Exchange Building, Janakpuri, New Delhi
  • February 19, 2026: MTNL Exchange Building, Janakpuri, New Delhi

Pensioners may attend any camp based on their convenience. Officials from the Pr. CCA office and telecom units will be present to facilitate services.

Facilities Available at the Camps

A range of essential services will be offered during the camps to address pensioners’ needs comprehensively. These include training for submitting Digital Life Certificates through the official Jeevan Praman portal (www.jeevanpramaan.gov.in).

Pensioners will also receive guidance on using the Jeevan Praman Face Authentication application, which allows life certificate submission through facial recognition technology. This feature has been introduced to further simplify the process, especially for elderly pensioners.

Additionally, facilities for submission of Know Your Pensioner (KYP) forms will be available. Pensioners are advised to bring one recent photograph and a copy of their Aadhaar card for this purpose.

Grievance Redressal and Important Advisory

The camps will also serve as a platform for pensioners to submit grievances and seek clarifications related to pension disbursement, documentation, or technical issues. Dedicated staff will register queries and guide pensioners on the next steps for resolution.

The Department has clarified that pensioners who have already submitted their Life Certificate for the current cycle need not attend the camps again for the same purpose. This advisory aims to reduce overcrowding and ensure smooth functioning of the camps.
