
Fractal Analytics IPO Details

The Fractal Analytics IPO, one of the largest offerings in the upcoming week, will open for subscription on February 9 and close on February 11. The issue is a book-built offering with a total size of ₹2,833.90 crore.
It comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹1,023.50 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares amounting to ₹1,810.40 crore. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹857 to ₹900 per share.
Kotak Mahindra Capital Company is acting as the book-running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India has been appointed as the registrar.
Aye Finance IPO Opens on February 9
The Aye Finance IPO will also open for bidding on February 9 and close on February 11. The book-built issue is sized at ₹1,010 crore and includes a fresh issue of shares worth ₹710 crore, along with an offer for sale valued at ₹300 crore.
The price band for the IPO has been set at ₹122 to ₹129 per share. Axis Capital is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while KFin Technologies has been appointed as the registrar.
Aye Finance operates in the MSME lending space, and market participants are closely watching the offering amid continued interest in financial services companies.
Marushika Technology IPO in SME Segment
In the SME segment, Marushika Technology IPO will open for subscription on February 12 and close on February 16. The IPO is a book-built issue aggregating ₹26.97 crore and consists entirely of a fresh issue of equity shares.
The price band for the issue has been fixed between ₹111 and ₹117 per share. NEXGEN Financial Solutions is the book-running lead manager, while Skyline Financial Services is the registrar to the issue.
Upcoming IPO Listings Next Week
Apart from new subscriptions, the market will also witness the listing of two SME IPOs in the coming week. Grover Jewells IPO and Brandman Retail IPO are both scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform on February 11, subject to final approvals.
The listings are expected to add further depth to the SME segment, which has seen consistent investor participation over the past year.
