The conference will feature presentations from districts recognized under the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration. Key sessions will highlight initiatives from Eluru (Andhra Pradesh), Gomati (Tripura), Koraput (Odisha), and Kargil (UT of Ladakh) for the years 2023 and 2024.
A technical session will present award-winning projects on aspirational blocks, innovation projects, and holistic district development models from Nalbari (Assam), Kupwara (J&K), and the PRISM 10 initiative of Parvathipuram district in Andhra Pradesh.

Special sessions will showcase governance innovations from J&K, including Kulgam district’s initiatives, RFID-enabled Yatra management by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, and the e-Suvidha program of Ramban district.
