The Speaker observed that India’s MSME sector and the people behind it have emerged as major national assets. He underscored that the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision, championed by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has driven revolutionary changes, with the “Make in India” initiative now delivering tangible results. Indian products and innovations, he said, are meeting domestic demands and gaining global recognition through exports.
He also stressed the role of startups, research, and digital solutions in reshaping industries, including aluminium, and generating significant social and economic impact.
Promoting Collaboration and Innovation
Shri Birla emphasized that global conferences like ALUMEX provide a platform for industry leaders, innovators, and researchers to collaborate, share knowledge, and explore new technologies. He expressed confidence that the event would strengthen India’s aluminium sector, encourage sustainable practices, and contribute to the country’s ambition to become a developed and self-reliant nation by 2047.
