Quality of Service and Network Improvements
Shri Scindia reviewed key QoS parameters, including mobile network availability and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Circles such as Kerala, Tamil Nadu, UP East, Karnataka, Punjab, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Kolkata, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand were recognized for significant Q-o-Q improvements in Mobile BTS MTTR. Directions were issued to all circles to continuously enhance network reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure timely fault resolution, ensuring a better customer experience.
Enterprise Business and Revenue Targets
In the Enterprise Business segment, the Minister congratulated five star-performing circles Karnataka, Odisha, Gujarat, Haryana, and UP (West) for their exemplary contribution to customer acquisition and revenue growth. Circle-wise strategies and plans for the fourth quarter of 2025–26 were presented and deliberated. The Union Minister directed CGMs to focus on achieving revenue targets through consistent customer acquisition, service excellence, and QoS improvements.
He concluded the meeting by emphasizing accountability, focused execution, and close monitoring at the circle level. The objective is to meet and exceed the revenue and operational targets for the remaining fiscal year, strengthening BSNL’s position in India’s telecom sector.
