New Delhi: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), India’s largest public sector steelmaker and a Maharatna company, has secured the prestigious ‘Great Place to Work’ certification for February 2026 to February 2027, marking the third consecutive year of recognition. The certification, awarded by the Great Place To Work Institute, India, highlights SAIL’s sustained commitment to fostering a contemporary, agile, and employee-focused workplace culture.

Employee Trust and Workplace Culture

Progressive HR Initiatives
